MPL Staff Participate in Dynamic Team Building and Leadership Training
Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) successfully completed a dynamic Team Building and Leadership Training program aimed at strengthening collaboration, trust, and leadership skills across the organization.
The program was held on the 28th and 29th of April 2025 at Villingili Beachside. Delivered by Realty Consultancy Maldives Pvt. Ltd., the training brought together 200 MPL staff members in two batches for an interactive and engaging experience.
Titled "Team Building and Leadership for the Workplace," the training was designed to improve communication for clearer and more effective collaboration, foster trust among team members through open interaction and mutual understanding, and develop essential teamwork skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and achieving shared goals.
Batch 1 participated in the training on 28 April 2025, followed by Batch 2 on 29 April 2025.
