MPL Provides Pilotage Services to the Cruise Calls by MS Norwegian Sun and MS Azamara
Over 2,900 passengers arrive as the cruise season starts.
Malé, 19 March 2026 – Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) provided pilotage services to two international cruises, MS Norwegian Sun and MS Azamara Onward, during their calls at Malé port.
MS Norwegian Sun arrived carrying 1,816 passengers and 902 crew members, while MS Azamara Onward carried 583 passengers and 289 crew members.
MPL supported the safe navigation and efficient handling of both vessels during their port calls.
